An opening cautionary note points out that this Titan Media hospital visit employs "fictional dramatizations of medical procedures," and that "no medical benefit is intended to be derived from this account." Since
nothing especially dicey happens in the first four sex sequences except for a few emphatic rectal probes you may wonder why anyone felt the disclaimer was needed. All becomes clear, however, when, in the final sex scene,
senior physician Steve Parker, a dedicated mentor who isn't one to shrink from using himself as a demonstration model, shows young Dr. Billy Matthews how to slide a long, cold, lubricated steel rod up a patient's urethra as far as
the base of his penis.
Some viewers may balk at the schlong-kabob scene, but the four preceding episodes, shot with the usual Titan Media technical polish and directorial verve, have broader appeal. In the opening segment, patient Matt
Sizemore gives Dr. Core Andrews a taste of his own proctological medicine. Later, orderlies Christopher Michaels and Billy Knight enjoy a recreational interlude in a linen closet, where they're joined by the inquisitive Dr. Michael
Vincenzo. The standout performance, sexual and otherwise, is by Rob Collins, a sweetly sensual, luxuriantly muscular African-American demigod masquerading as a nurse. Jim Turner and Mark Reed are the lucky recipients of
his ministrations. Among the disgracefully small handful of black models ever to break into mainstream gay adult video, Collins is one of the most charismatic.
