2 is even more of an embarrassment than Judge This, Part
1, which made a tepidly erotic hash of Montreal's country-to-city bicycle race. In this amateurish installment, the
silliness swirls around the annual International Fireworks Festival, where youthful judges are primarily interested in one another's Roman candles. The four sex scenes go off like cherry bombs left out overnight in the rain.
