I have just finished reading the article of Bernard Baran, my heart goes out to him. There is noway this man can be guilty of these crimes. My name is Virgil and I am from Toronto Canada. I have been gay all my life and very proud of who I am and what I'm about, no one has ever been able to make me feel bad about what God made me and I won't allow anyone to ever be negative around me, I am a force to be recond with. It's embarressing that we in North America consider ourselves to be so civilized and yet sometimes we are no different than the witch hunters of three hundred years ago. I have sent the article about Bernard to the people in my life that were blessed to have a voice in the media and hopefully in time we can rally enough attention to help this poor man who was completely screwed over by the legel system! Thank you for bringing such topics to our attention, it is important that we as a respacted community around the world support the people who have been wrongfully accused, so that people realize that we are not child molester or freaks that are going to bring harm to others. Keeping Bernard Baran, an innocent man, in prison for something he didn't do just strengthens the stigmatism that we are all trying to over come. It is to our own avail that we become more interested in our destony as gay people, please pay attention to this case and speak out, it's a good beginning!
