Hand Over Fist contains a few vanilla interludes, but the emphasis here is on heavy-duty fisting--
self-fisting, two-fisted fisting, mutual fisting, fisting with or without latex gloves. There's also a hot, snarly bondage sequence in which Justin Southall spits repeatedly in Scott Samson's mouth, yanks and twists and slaps
