How to order

It's unclear what purpose the landlocked Czech Republic's navy is supposed to fulfill (surveillance along the seacoast of Bohemia?), but the military vessels chugging up and down the Danube serve one incontestable function. New recruits soon learn that their tours of duty mean relentless sex afloat, often in groups, on deck, below deck, and on the bridge. We're shown four deployments of eminently watchable, buff, uncut, nude male bodies. Since the videography is of Falcon quality, it's too bad the sexual episodes, which tend to jump disconnectedly from image to image, are so unevenly edited. The best-sustained loop is the only one-on-one encounter, in which Daniel Kriley and Tomas Dombai, amusing themselves in the engine room, respond to each other with crescendos of lust. Some scenes recall the riverboat orgy in George Duroy's Lukas' Story 2, and suffer from the comparison.

Fans of gay porn are indebted to Falcon International for launching the directorial career of Duroy, who started the Czech porn craze in 1993-'94 with Falcon classics like Accidental Lovers and Sauna Paradiso before leaving to found the instantly legendary Bel Ami Video. Falcon's Duroy void was filled for a time by various directors including at least one American, expert videographer Max Phillips, and Europeans like Steve Kiraly. But recently Falcon International has been releasing cranked-out Eastern European videos by unnamed directors and technicians. These mystery tapes, professionally produced and sometimes visually stunning, seldom measure up to the standards set by Duroy, or by studio head John Rutherford in Falcon's American productions. When nobody who worked behind the camera in videos like Conquest and Naval Force receives screen credit, what is going on?
