Pussy Fouled
Gay kittie porn case stuns Croatian village
By Dawn Ivory

In what is believed to be a judicial first, a judge in the tiny village of Grezcshne ruled April 1 that kittens may be forcibly removed from "an environment wherein threatened with exposure to obscenity and materials promoting general moral turpitude."

The case arose after Radjie Vok, 47, petitioned the municipal court to deny her estranged husband Johannes Vok, 52, custody of their two kittens, age nine months, because of "repeated exposure to graphic and depraved video images of deviant homosexual intercourse."

Acting as her own counsel, Mrs. Vok alleged that after she moved out of the couple's one room apartment pending action on her divorce petition filed two months ago, Mr. Vok would routinely watch the American-made homosexual pornographic video "Manrammer" while the kittens were present.

"Those poor kitties had no where to go, being such a small apartment," Mrs. Vok said, according to local press. "And being kittens, they're fascinated by rhythmic, repetitive motions," Mrs. Vok continued. "So for hours and hours they would watch the most sordid, disgusting images, over and over and over again. And of course, so did Mr. Vok."

Mrs. Vok states she first became aware of the situation after observing her husband's activities through their building's back window during evening, nighttime, and early morning hours. In court, she read from journals covering a two week period last May detailing how her husband allegedly watched the pornographic video nightly "for an average of three hours." Mrs. Vok says she witnessed the kittens present on all but one of those evenings.

In a written communication to the court, Mr. Vok cited "ill health" as reason for not appearing at the 45-minute proceeding.

Judge Mikal Schczessen ruled that Mr. Vok must turn the kittens, "Jakob" and "Benhamin," over to neighborhood councilors "with all due promptness."
