Remember yesterday's darlings of the Religious right, those teens
pledging not to foul their body-temples with sex until they married?
Studies now reveal that most, of course, did not wait. In fact, the
chaste teens got
STDs at the same rate as chased teens-- the only difference was that
the pious-pledge youth failed to seek treatment more often, either
out of ignorance, or paralyzing shame. Evidently, it's harder to be
human than godly....
