Los Angeles -- "Forward Motions,"

View our poll archive
Were you "assigned female at birth or in childhood" but "have a masculine identification some or all of the time"? If so, many birds of your feather will be flocking to the Hilton Burbank Airport hotel October 8-10 for "Forward Motions," a confab for female-to-male transsexuals. On tap will be three days of panels covering such topics as relationships, family issues, spirituality, health, and matters medical, including a session on ob/gyn issues-- presumably dwelling more on the gyn than the ob. If you have not personally made the "forward motion" from female to male but have someone significant in your life who has, you too are welcome. Ditto for those just questioning their gender identity but yet to go under the knife. For more information, call 818-843-6000.
