In what way are you different from other porn stars you've met?

I'm older than most [40 years old] and with that comes my "seriousness" about my work. Also, I've been very humbled by this whole thing and am grateful for every day that I can continue doing it. I think a lot of guys in the business take it for granted. I take the time to respond to e-mails, etc., from fans and I get the impression that a lot of other guys in porn don't. That I don't understand, because without your fans, you are nothing. I don't think a lot of guys appreciate that. That's one reason why I love the "Probe: Men In Video Awards." Fans get to say who they like and why. Shit, that's why I do the videos. I want that "guy in Kansas" who has no other outlet to be able to watch me and get off. I can't think of anything better.

B> When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Believe it or not, I wanted to be a preacher. Obviously, things have changed.

Why a preacher?

Because they only work on Sunday-- or so I thought.

Where are you from originally?

I grew up in a very small town in western New York State, south of Buffalo. I went from kindergarten to 12th grade in the same school. It was a good town to grow up in with some really good memories, but I wouldn't want to go back there. That's country and I'm a city boy.

Now you're living in San Diego, California. Do you like it there?

Yes, I just moved to San Diego from Minneapolis. I love it and I think things are going to go well. I love being close to the ocean-- surfer boys, the beach, whale-watch cruises (whales are a passion of mine), the ocean smell. Aaaah! I was offered a job working with a small, but growing company and so far, so good. I'd really like to start directing and producing videos myself, so hopefully that will become a reality, too. I am going to miss Minneapolis, though. I really did love it there. In my opinion, it's the best city in the US. Not too big and not too small and very clean, with hot mid-west farm boys. Yum!

Your partner is Patrick Stone. What are the advantages of having a partner who also works as a porn star?

Yep, he's my man. We've been together two years this last November 3rd. The advantage of having a boyfriend who has done porn is that he knows the work that is involved, and he knows that it is work. There's no jealousy there when either of us goes off to work on a video. And if we can do a video together, that's all the better. That makes for a smooth, easy day: to do what we do best together and to know what turns each other on. That's nice.

Any disadvantages?

So far we haven't come across any disadvantages-- thank God.

Which of the five senses is the most important to you while having sex-- sight, sound, touch, smell, or taste?

Sight. I love looking into a guy's eyes while sucking him off and I love watching their facial expressions when they come. And I love seeing cum shoot out of a cock.

Have you ever done anything in a video that you hadn't done previously in your real-life sex life?

Water sports. I had only done it one time previous to my doing a watersports video, and then overnight I became "PissBoyMarc"! Go figure.
