How to order
Enjoying a boink in their bathroom, boyfriends Bobby Williams and J.D. Kollin sense they're being watched by a sneaky housemate. Though remembering to shut the door would save some money and take less work, they resolve to get their own place. This means paying Hot
Properties Realtors a call. Because the couple lives in San Francisco but can't spend more than a quarter of a million dollars, Williams is first shown a top-floor apartment over a deli. He's pleased with what he sees, however-- especially when he and the real estate agent catch the condo's
current owner, Andreas Stich, emerging naked from the shower. Inspired to return for a second look, Williams soon finds himself rolling about without a stitch with Stich.
The storyline ends there, so we never find out if Williams gets the condo, or just its occupant, or both. In the third episode, muscular African-American agent Marc Williams shows client Jason Dean a country property and grapples with him on a spiral stairway. Then blond
realtor Pete Ross gets his premises probed by Latino househunter Manuel Torres. Eventually, Marc Williams returns to show Troy Punk an unfinished loft space. When they surprise a pair of workmen having sex, a full-throttle foursome erupts.
Hot Properties may not be quite as much fun as All American Men's recent, similarly themed
Lock Box Cocks, but thanks to director Chris Ward and a top-notch cast, it's richer in protein.
