The appearance of A-list professionals Dean Phoenix and Gus Mattox acting out a scripted exchange raises hopes of more top-of-the-line, story-driven porn from the studio that gave us BuckleRoos, but LeatherBound is basically a well-made, four-episode commercial for Mr. S Leather & Fetters USA. "We're the world's largest leather emporium, with something for just about everyone," explains Mattox, who portrays the manager of San Francisco's 8th Street store, where this video was shot. (There's also a shop for women nearby, and another huge outlet on Melrose in Los Angeles.)

In the first scene, "leather virgin" Phoenix is sent upstairs to try on chaps and a leather jock. In a deserted work space, he's assisted by a flirty, dark-eyed tailor (Joey Milano) wearing an apron, a jockstrap, and high lace-up boots. When the inevitable happens, the chemistry between Phoenix and Milano is so strong that some viewers will consider everything that follows anticlimatic. But the episode eases viewers into ensuing segments that are kinkier and more complex.

Box-cover model Jason Crew, a clean-cut customer who's talked into taking a straitjacket for a "test drive," gets worked over by piggy Troy Punk and his exotic sidekick, Pierro Sias. Then, as a coda, the well-endowed Crew bends his cock back and fucks himself. Next, Latino bodybuilder Demitri Banks, who's shopping for sex toys, tries out a succession of angry rubber dicks and plugs on pliant Matthew Green. ("Call me old-fashioned," says Mattox, "but is there anything sexier than a Cuban holding a 14-inch dildo?") Finally, at the end of the work day, Sam Shadon, Mattox's slave, is removed from his cage to serve both his master and lucky, late-arriving customer Arpad Miklos. The action doesn't hit the intensity of similar work by Raging Stallion, but it will do.
