Playboy reports that Russian strongman Vladimir Zhirinovsky has penned a book aimed at boosting his nation's flagging economy by attracting sexual culture
and tourists. Building a "sexually oriented economy" will give Russia "a big injection of capital" by appealing to those turned off by sexual repression elsewhere. "The US
is not simply a sexually backward country, but a country which practically leads a policy of sexual terrorism," notes Vlad. He also suggests sending prostitutes into orbit
to make space station life more bearable, and urges a systematic plan of ridding the nation's youth (male and female) of their virginity.
