Dawn has read that the Paris store of the French menswear shop Celio, in an effort to help wives whose husbands are shopping-averse, is now providing a "rent-a-husband" service wherein male models of various sizes, clad only in red briefs, are available to shoppers eager to see their prospective clothing purchases draped on a human form.
According to Romain Martin, founder of the "Shoppenboys" service, the almost-naked models have increased Celio's sales. Dawn supposes they would. The obvious question? Can guys shop for their husbands, too?
