What do you like to do in your spare time?
I go to the gym five times a week. It really helps me relax, and with the traffic in Los Angeles, you have to do something. Also, I belong to a gay bowling league. My average sucks, but it's a great excuse to drink beer. I
also work with a number of charities here in Los Angeles.
When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I loved flying as a kid, so I always wanted to be a pilot. Since my eyesight wasn't good enough to join the Air Force, I went with my second choice-- porn model!
What kind of kid were you?
I was the kid most everyone in school hates. I was in everything-- sports, debate, and honor society. I was also the one who made life hell for all the freaks and geeks. Since I knew I was gay, I felt that pointing out the
flaws in everyone else would keep people from noticing I liked boys. I'm truly sorry for all of the mean things I ever said.
Describe when you first realized you were attracted to guys.
I was six years old and I was watching the dancers on "The Carol Burnett Show." I thought they were rally handsome and that I wanted to be with them. I didn't know what we'd do, but I wanted to hang out in their
dressing room with them. And then, of course, there was Lyle Waggoner.
Which was more exciting: the first time you had sex in real life, or in front of the camera?
Neither. Both experiences were pretty awful. The first time I ever had sex was through a glory hole in an adult bookstore. The first time I was in a video, I was totally nervous, and one of the camera operators was a
very masculine lesbian. I have nothing against lesbians; it's just hard for me to have sex in front of them.
What are your memories of your first video?
The first video was Mouths Wide
Open for Hollywood Sales. I topped Collin Jennings in a shower-- of course it ran out of hot water. Then, of course, there was the lesbian camera operator. I was so nervous, all I can say
is, "Thank God for Viagra!"
What was the wildest scene you've ever done in a video?
So far, everything's been pretty tame. Nothing I've done on camera comes close to the wilder things I've done in real life. For example, I once did it in a display tent in Sears-- during store hours.
What was the funniest moment for you while shooting a video?
On a recent shoot, we were filming in a private residence. I was on my hands and knees (surprise), getting pounded by my co-star. We're in the backyard by the pool house. Right in the middle of this scene, the
homeowner and her friend, two straight women, decide to walk through the scene and go into the pool house. That kind of killed the moment for both of us.
In what way are you different from most porn stars you've met?
I really haven't seen that much commonality among the models I've worked with. Everyone I've met has been different in so many ways. Some are straight, some are bi, and some are gay. I've worked with one kid as
young as 20, and one man who is in his 50s. Everybody seems to have different reasons for why they're doing video work. I guess the one thing that might be different is the age at which I'm starting this career. Oh, and I tend to be
more hirsute than most.
