How to order
The most noteworthy feature of this routine offering from New Jersey-based Robert Prion is the return of Jay Richards, who for years has been an indispensable participant in
Prion's videos, both on camera and behind the scenes. An appealing, gray-haired performer with a durable body and an amiable face, Richards has presence, a quiet sense of mischief, and
a youthful zest for sex. Publicity for the recent
Never Stop the Urge announced Richards's retirement; here he's back as a "special guest star," and he's in good form. But
Over the Edge lacks the sexual zing of Prion's better efforts. You'll probably forget its five efficient sex loops minutes after they've passed through your VCR. The standout here is lithe,
dark-haired Australian newcomer Troy Masters, who deserves a better showcase. The 11-man cast, the usual Prion collection of ages and types, is attractive in ingratiating, off-beat ways,
though someone should take Sunny Madison aside and coax him to get rid of that fungoid goatee.
