The Fullerton, California, School Board has decided to ban hugging, kissing, back-patting, and "high fives" at school dances. Tammy Brown, an interim principal charged with enforcing this policy, says the hands-off
program is meant to "encourage respect for property and other people" by banning "public signs of affection or any touching" according to Reuters.
Call Dawn old-fashioned, but it seems the world needs
more touching and "public signs of affection," not less....
