How to order
Couples counselors Kent Larson and Jason Branch run a sylvan, clothes-free "camp for spiritual and loving relationships." The regimen includes having supervised sex on blankets in the
open air. "Now insert your manhood into his anus," Larson gently commands Park Wiley as he monitors erotic give-and-take between Wiley and Andy Kirra, his hobbitish boyfriend. Jack
Ryan, dragged to the compound by over-the-top husband Brad Benton, is appalled. "Next vacation, if there is one," he says, "we're going to Legoland."
This send-up of pop-therapeutic vehicles for nude hanky-panky is fitfully funny, but the sex is a mixed bag. The best-sustained of four central episodes may be the session
involving Wiley and Kirra, but Larson's hovering presence is sometimes intrusive. Director Mike Donner gets better results from a tangle of two couples-- John Marcus and Dante Foxx, Josh
Williams and Tyler Austinn-- than from the final full-cast orgy, which could have used a technical boost from Chi Chi LaRue. Rugged, adult-looking Jason Branch, who's seen too seldom these
days, has no chance to show off his range of skills as a sexual athlete (see Titan Media's
Heat), but he does get to play a guitar-plunking, German-accented, feyly naked therapist who
opens sensitivity sessions by ordering, "You wid da cloze, remove dem."
