Chicago cops may be facing a legal dilemma. Seems a fifteen-year-old boy claims that he and a Windy City cop smoked some marijuana together and that said cop blew him after he'd fallen asleep (a
variation, no doubt, on the "gosh, I was so drunk last night..." theme so common in gay life-- and porn).
Will the cops be able to prosecute the youth as an adult on drug possession/use charges while simultaneously claiming that he is a minor in order to bust the frisky cop for kiddie rape? Dawn is sadly aware
that such a legal maneuver might likely succeed....
