Lovers of blue-collar workers will be interested in an audacious affair two of them had in Memphis, Tennessee.

One of them is a 24-year-old alumnus of a Memphis penal farm. He did time there for petty larceny. What could be more blue collar? White collar crooks, such as Neil Bush, Bush I's son, deal in multi-million-dollar "conflicts of interest.

The petty larcenist was released from the penal farm on three years' probation. According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, police say that a 22-year-old officer at the penal farm kept the inmate at his house ... for the last six months in a homosexual relationship under the threat of having his probation revoked. Whenever the officer was absent from his house, he left the burglar alarm on so that the former inmate was not free to leave."

You can have a lot of sex in six months.

The officer has been suspended without pay and faces a charge of "official oppression."

Will the apparatus who sent the clipping of this story please send additional clippings as the case progresses? It would be interesting to hear how the officer first fell for the inmate, when the two first had sex, who else the officer had sex with, who else the prisoner had sex with, how the officer imprisoned the ex-inmate after his release from the penal farm, how their affair was discovered, and what kind of sex they had. Whatever else it was, it was literally slave/master sex. If the inmate had hard ons during his six-month sexual captivity, he, like his captor, is homosexual. Men do not get hard ons for sex they don't want. That is why George Bush gives me a soft on.

The dialogue and action between the prisoner and the officer would be interesting but there is no chance of getting that unless one of them writes his memoirs. Blue collar workers often write in a more interesting way than professional writers, but few editors are aware of this. Most editors have ordinary minds, as can be seen in the fact that almost all biographies have three alliterative words in the sub-title (e.g., Bette Davis: the Lady, the Legend, the Lasagna or Tom Cruise: the Man, the Myth, the Masturbation). People who don't write like this are not acceptable.
