State Used Male Slut To Trap Gay Official

It was damned white of the Georgia Department of Transportation, hereinafter called D.O.T., to admit to the Atlanta Journal and Constitution that it was out to get a specific 39-year-old state official and had set a sex trap for him. Most toilet cops claim they arrest homosexuals only when "assaulted" by them.

The man the D.O T. wanted is characterized by the Consti as "an Atlanta gay activist" who is helping to administer a "major" Federal AIDS grant.

The reason the D.O.T. wanted to arrest him on a sex rap, to judge from the article, is that he had complained to D.O.T. about a certain hateful D.O.T. toilet attendant. The D.O.T. wanted the official who complained to agree to not sue the D.O.T. about the attendant and wanted to be able to offer in exchange dismissal of a sex charge against the official.

The man says that an attendant at the D.O.T. shit-house on Highway 85 near Suwanee in Gwinnett County had told him that he "didn't like my kind in his rest stop." You'd think a toilet attendant would welcome the eroticism a gay visitor could bring to a room otherwise used only for pissing and shitting. But no; this particular attendant at least seems content with piss and shit alone.

The gay official complained about the attendant and received from the D.O.T. a reply that "Charlie from D.O.T." wanted to meet him at the rest stop so that he could point out the offending attendant.

When he arrived at the rest stop to meet "Charlie," he said, "a man sitting in a rental truck waved him over ... told him 'Charlie' had left and then invited him into the truck."

The truck driver, the official says, "asked me something really offensive as to my sexual practices. He was setting me up."

After some conversation which the official admits was "vulgar," the truck driver pulled out his D.O.T. badge and arrested the man on a charge of "soliciting sodomy."

The D.O.T. is willing to dismiss the charge if the official will agree not to sue. But even so, a Gwinnett prosecutor insists on trying the case. The paper calls the prosecutors decision an "unusual twist," and "twisted" does seem to describe both the prosecutor and the D.O.T. decoy. Sexually twisted. Perhaps their main form of sexual pleasure-- abusing homosexuals-- is being threatened by a suit.

The Consti says that D.O.T. "officials for years have vigorously patrolled rest stops for illicit sex." Decoded, this means that the state of Georgia, like most states, has spent a lot of time and money developing a cadre of male sluts like the one in the rental truck to seduce and arrest men. Said sluts know what to say and do and can pass for homosexuals so easily that, if they had any brains, they'd resent it.

How are these decoys recruited? An honest "help wanted" ad would read, "CAREERS IN TOILETS. Must be well hung and able to pass as a homosexual in heat. Background of repressed homosexuality helpful. All benefits plus opportunities for sadism and abuse."
