How to order
This early effort by award-winning director Wash West
(Technical Ecstasy, Gluttony, The Hole), working in 1995 as Wash Westmoreland, has recently been re-released in a very basic
DVD edition. Ten porn novices report to an abandoned warehouse on Hollywood Boulevard in response to an ad soliciting models for a filmed all-male orgy. The setting reeks of industrial
decay; at the end of the opening credits, a portion of ceiling appears to cave in. The action is mostly wall-to-wall sex, beginning with round-robin fellatio. The gritty hand-held footage is
editorially punctuated with jump cuts, blackouts, chapter headings, and interview snippets. It's often hard to get involved in any one vignette; you're not always sure what you're watching. But
several passages remain in focus until they catch fire, especially an effervescent exchange between Chuck Yeager and earnest young medical student Bryce Stevens, who comes while being
fucked, and some steamy interplay between Paul Carrigan, a passionate bottom, and Zoe, a muscular, blond East German top.
