Britain is of the few areas of the world as insane as the US is regarding childhood sexuality. Thus, news that an 11-year-old boy has been registered as a "sex offender" came as no surprise. His crime? He allegedly lay on
top of a 13-year-old girl and touched her breasts. The girl said that afterwards she felt "dirty." Presumably, her reaction was a result of her already-instilled anti-sex neuroses, not the boy's possibly grimy hands.
